This questionnaire has been designed to give you an insight into working at TNT and what sorts of people succeed here. We hope it helps you decide whether we would make a good match and if you should apply. The questionnaire is purely for your own use, so answer as honestly as you can.

For each of the following questions there are four answer options, there is no right or wrong, just different ways in which you might respond to the question. Choose only one answer option that best describes how you would react in the given situation.

1. You have been informed that tomorrow will be an exceptionally busy day due to an unexpected increase in the volume of work. How would you react?
a) Come in a little earlier than usual
b) Ask for the day off
c) Wherever possible complete urgent tasks and prepare for the next day
d) Come in at your usual prompt starting time
2. A colleague in your team has reported in sick and you are asked to cover their duties rather than your own. What is your response?
a) You agree and start immediately
b) You recommend that in future cover is planned to ensure there are arrangements in place should this arise again
c) You decline, explaining that you prefer to stay in your usual work area
d) You agree, ensuring your normal duties are covered
3. You notice that one of your colleagues does not appear to be coping with their workload. What do you do?
a) Bring it to your manager's attention and let them deal with it

4. You notice a £20 note on the floor at work. What do you do?
a) Hand the money to your line manager advising where it was found

5. You have an idea you believe would improve the way work in your area is carried out. What do you do?

10. Your team has been challenged with helping to raise funds for a good cause. How would you help?
